However, if you don’t take measures against your erectile dysfunctions, your couple life might be seriously affected, since the sexual intercourse is needed on a regular basis, to keep the flame burning. It’s silly to say that a couple’s life only resumes to sex. It’s even sillier to say that sex isn’t important. Actually, you should have quitted smoking long time ago, or better yet, you shouldn’t even have started it in the first place. If you never had a strong reason to stop smoking, the sexual impotence might just be it. The tobacco affects the blood vessels by narrowing them and provoking blockages which could leave you impotent.

Healthy heart, healthy sexual life. It’s important for you to have an exercise routine, especially cardio exercises, which are not only good for the functionality of the heart, but also for the functionality of the ‘other’ organ. A healthy lifestyle in general helps men regain their manhood in an easy and headache-less way, without the use of medicine. Just eat healthy and stay fit and you’re likely to get rid of the problems.

Also make sure you don’t have diabetes. If you have it and you also have an erectile dysfunction, it might be a sign that you’re not doing a great job treating your disease, so you might want to monitor the level of the sugar in your blood and keep this disease in control, to make sure that you don’t get any dysfunctions because of your negligence.

The sexual impotence is a problem that many have to deal with. There is nothing to be ashamed of, even if most of the men are. They refuse to talk about it, but maybe if they would just do it, it would help them safe. It’s a dysfunction which simply happens, but which can also be cured easier than we would imagine. All it takes is guts!
