Avoid these mistakes if you want to build your six-pack properly

When it comes to women, you know exactly what they want and you give them what they want. As a matter of fact, you could have a degree in psychology, because, as Don Juan de Marco would say, no woman has ever left your arms unsatisfied. You’re a charmer; if given the chance, you spoil them with gifts, you whisper to them sweet nothings – and you’re not that bad looking either: cute face, mesmerizing eyes, slim body. Actually, you could work more on the body, since your last girlfriend wasn’t so impressed when she saw you shirtless.

While every girl had a crush on you when you were studying at that famous University of Pheonix, those years are long gone. Yes, the charisma is still there, but your not-so-fabulous body is a turn off for many potential female partners.

However, there is an obvious solution you should take into consideration. It requires patience and dedication, but if you don’t give up, you’re likely to have the chance to show your gentlemanlike skills on a regular basis. This solution is called six-pack. Ah yes, those abdominal muscles that make women go wild. If you ever watched shows when men get to showcase their muscles, then you know exactly how women react at the sight of the six-packs underneath the shirts.

You’re eager to start the training. So eager in fact, that you’re willing to work-out in that gym until you die. You prepare yourself psychologically for the fact that you’ll have to exhaust yourself doing abdominal exercises and crunches, but there is no need to. It’s a false belief that the more you work your abdomen, the faster you’ll get muscles that look like made in Photoshop. Because the fat is spread all over the body and not stored in a single place, it’s not enough when you work only on a single part of your body. The key is to reduce body fat from every inch. There are muscles underneath the fat, but to get to develop them, you first have to get rid of the fat.

Also, you need to avoid crash diets. These diets are effective if you want to lose weight fast, but losing weight, unfortunately for you, is not equivalent to using fat, meaning that the muscles would still be there, but hidden underneath your body fat. These diets make you lose water weight and a lot of muscle mass, which is burned before the fat, so in order to get those six packs, you have to eat healthy small meals often, to get the carbohydrates and the proteins you need.

Don’t start working on your abs all by yourself, thinking that you know what you’re doing. To do this properly, get in touch with a trainer and arm yourself with patience, if you really want to have a six-pack, because many people are tempted to give up after the first year, since it’s likely that there are no visible results. After you get the full package, no woman will ever be immune again to your charms!
